About the conference

The Institute for Science of Language and the Brain is organizing its second international conference (virtual edition) on 9-10 October, 2025. This international event is held in collaboration with Allameh Tabataba’i University, Tarbiat Modarres University, Shiraz University, and Linguistic Society of Iran with the aim to bring together the researchers from Linguistics, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Cognitive Neuroscience, Medical sciences, Neural Engineering and other relevant fields to exchange the latest research findings and most cutting-edge approaches to all sorts of research relevant for language and the brain.

Conference Program & Committee

The conference will be in two days with four panels of (1) Fundamentals of Language and Cognition, (2) Experimental Approaches in Psycholinguistics, (3) Experimental Approaches in Neurolinguistics, and (4) Clinical Linguistics. The morning panels will start at 11:00 AM (IRST) and the afternoon panels will start at 05:00 PM (IRST). We keep updating this section with more collaborators on board in the scientific committee of the panels. Also, after the call for abstracts is closed, the accepted presentations will appear here.
